“I have always been a pretty active person,but I get bored with exercise programs really quickly and therefore never lose the weight I really hope to. With YNV,I have been training in boot camp style-workouts and groups workouts and throughout the hour,I never once wonder when time will be up. “I started this work-out this summer due to the fact that my school gym was unavailable. I signed on for the one month promotion to keep myself in shape,but little did I know,this program ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
First of all,after the first day I immediately felt better about myself,granted I was so sore I couldn’t walk,but that was the beauty of it. I work out regularly,but never have I ever felt such a surge of energy and potential in myself. Jaiya (our trainer) pushed us to our ultimate limit,he made us reach our goals straight off the bat,and he single-handedly made me feel 10 times better about myself within just one week.

“If you’re reading this,than chances are you’re thinking similar things that I was about 10 months ago. I was bored with my workout routine –especially working out alone where I knew I wasn’t pushing myself to my full capabilities. I was also feeling nervous –after playing soccer at a high level my whole life,I was coming off of a strange undiagnosable hip pain which had lingered with me even after 2 months of PT. “I started group training with Jaiya after several months of personal/individual training with another trainer. I’ve found the group training to be vastly superior,partly because of Jaiya’s demanding but personable training style and partly because of the encouraging camaraderie among the trainees.
It should be clear to anyone from the get-go that Jaiya has years of training experience. He’s familiar with a lot of different sports,and uses that familiarity to create varied workout schemes. “I quit my sport about 2 years ago and got a little lost with a training regiment. I hated going to the gym by myself and then only found time to run a couple of days a week. I felt awful because I used to work out a couple times a day almost 6 days a week. One day running at the beach Jaiya asked me to jump in,I said I had to get to work. Then I continued to complain about my lack of training.
So,finally one day I stopped when I saw Jaiya and asked about the training,and as before he suggested I finish the work out with him. And,I did. It was great. I loved the variety. It’s a kick-a** workout,that maximizes your time and energy so you’re getting cardio and weight training in one intense,compact 1 hour workout. Not a minute of your workout is wasted. All you have to do is show up and Jaiya directs you non-stop for an hour. It takes the thinking and planning out of working out so you can spend all your energy on getting the most out of your workout. Also,if you’ve hit a plateau or bored with your workout,then this is the workout for you. Jaiya keeps it interesting,challenging,fun,and adjusts the workout to your personal needs and abilities. Seriously,if you get injured,he will adjust the workout so you can still stay on your path towards your goals!
When I first started working out with Jaiya at Your Next Victory last May,I had gotten busy and lazy and was really frustrated and down on myself for letting myself get to the place where I was no longer working out,eating right,and I had gained weight. I needed help to reach my goals and YNV definitely provided that. I have been going to 3 workouts per week (seriously only 3 hours a week!) since this past May and I am now back in my old clothes! A year ago I decided to go out for a run by the beach when I saw a group of people working out and Jaiya (YNV) invited me to join…after the first exercise I felt nauseous and was about to faint. Jaiya helped and took time to explain why my body responded that way. I found it very interesting and decided to continue. At first I was working out to fit into a silk bridesmaid dress but then I stayed because after a couple of weeks I noticed an attitude change in me. I noticed my body felt so much better,my mind was clearer and I felt so happy all the time!

“I’ve been wanting to write this review for a long time but wanted to make sure that I was able to convey how awesome YNV truly is. So here it goes.
I have been working out with YNV and Jaiya for about a year and a half now. I was referred by a friend and put it off for some time until I ran into Jaiya at the beach and decided to REALLY give it a try after not working out for a while. I had been really bored with the work outs I had been doing and really didn’t like going to the gym. I loved the work out and the way my body was feeling about half way into the work out. My passion for fitness was back!
I noticed a change in myself after that first workout. My mind was clear,my stress from the work day had gone,I felt a natural high,my endurance increased,I was stronger and felt great. I also lost fat and gained muscle mass. To top it all off,the people (“warriors”) that work out at YNV are really great and I have made some strong friendships as a result. There is also some friendly competition which I really enjoy because it motivates me to challenge myself. I look forward to working out and it is FUN!
